We came here with our family. At first just wanted a gift for my son but decided to join a jewelry making class. They offered only usd 49 per person which really fun and good prices too. Love it!

I was truly impressed by the collection and quality that Ruby Jewellery Hoi An offers. The staff were very helpful and always willing to answer all my questions. I would definitely recommend it to my friends when they visit Hoi An.

Purchased one ring and a necklace with a pendant and a necklace as a present for my younger brother at home. Very good collection of jewellery which fitted my taste perfectly. What really stood out to me was the nice approach and help I got and that a necklace extension for me only to a couple of hours.

While waiting for my ring to be made, I watched the artisan meticulously weld each tiny joint on a bracelet. Seeing that, I realized how meticulous and painstakingly they have to be to create a complete piece of jewelry, they can't rush the process.

I am very happy I went here for a ring workshop. We had a very special request and even though it ended up being very difficult for them to work with our materials, they worked hard to make sure I had a beautiful ring that I was happy with.
We were the only ones at the workshop and they spent so much time and attention on us.
My fiancé made a silver ring with the standard workshop and we were very happy with how it turned out!
There was a part of my ring that needed correction after the workshop and they fixed it next day and even brought it to Da Nang for me. So nice and caring. Thanks again everyone for taking care of us!
